About me...
I have worked in the ADI Industry for 40 years. I began my career as a PDI and then qualified as an ADI and spent 10 years delivering driving instruction until joining DVSA as a driving examiner in 1995.
Up to my retirement I had spent 30 years with DVSA. During my time I qualified to conduct every type of test including, car, HGV, bus, motorcycle and every aspect of ADI including Fleet and ORDIT. Most of my career was in the ADI world. I qualified as a trainer in all aspects of car and ADI testing. Through hard work I was eventually responsible for all ADI examiner training and have personally been involved with the training and development of all ADI examiners and ADI managers up until retiring.

Experience...
I was responsible for the quality of the ADI examiners nationally, as well as modernization and delivery of all the ADI schemes.
Now retired and living in North Wales I am teaming up with Lynne Fitzharris, together we bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and credibility. Our vision is to help other PDIs, ADIs and ORDIT trainers be the best they can be and continue raising standards in the interests of road safety.
