ADI PART 3 TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Are you looking for further training/development or just confirmation that you are ready to take your ADI Part 3?
Then look no more, let us carry out a 'benchmark development' session. The session can either be ‘role play and fault simulation’ carried out by Nigel or Lynne simulating a realistic pupil and a real-life session. Or, if you prefer the session to be with your pupil, perhaps the one you are contemplating taking for your Part 3 we can also carry out a mock test and give you honest feedback so you can understand if there is further development required with your instructional techniques and in what areas.

Here are the TWO key ‘LEARNING PROCEDURES’ to our ‘virtual training package”
We will spend time watching and analysing your video. If you asked for a ‘Mock Test’, the official result will also be given, assessed against the 17 competences. A ‘development’ plan will also be ‘built’, identifying your strengths and areas of improvement.
We will then arrange a ‘convenient’ ZOOM time that suits you to explore and discuss your ‘training session’. Our personalised feedback is tailored to your specific needs. We can discuss the aspects of your training where you ‘excel’ then provide constructive suggestions to help you develop your specific ‘skill sets’ and competences further.
Our aim is to empower you with the knowledge and understanding required to deliver an ‘effective’ client centred learning session, meeting the criteria of all the DVSA’s 17 Instructional Competences on ALL DVSA EXAMS.
