ADI Part 3 Training & Mock Tests

STRUCTIONAL ABILITY TEST

Have you already done your 40 hours as a PDI, and are working on a 'trainee licence'?

Are you looking for further training/development or just confirmation that you are ready to take your ADI Part 3?

Then look no more, let us carry out a 'benchmark development' session. The session can either be ‘role play and fault simulation’ carried out by us, simulating a realistic pupil and a real-life session. Or, if you prefer a pupil, perhaps the one you are contemplating taking for your Part 3, we could carry out a mock test with feedback and help you to understand if there are areas of your instruction that still require development.

5 Reasons why a 'benchmark development' session will work for you…. Don’t waste a life, after all you only have THREE!!!!

  1.  Assessment of current skill level: A benchmark development session can provide an objective assessment of your current level of skill and knowledge as a PDI. This information can help you identify areas where you need improvement and can guide your training towards the relevant areas, in particular the DVSA 17 Instructional Competences.

  2.  Tailored training plan: Based on the results of the assessment, I can provide you with a structured/tailored training plan that focusses on areas that you need to work on. This can help you save time and money by focussing on the areas you need to improve on.

  3. Preparation for the Part 3 exam: The benchmark development session can help you prepare for the Part 3 exam by simulating real-life situations and giving you feedback on your performance. This can help you build confidence and increase your chances of passing the exam on the first attempt.

  4. Feedback from an ORDIT trainer: You will receive feedback from myself, who knows exactly what is expected of you in the Part 3 exam. This feedback can help you identify areas where you need to improve and what actions you need to take to improve.

  5. Improved teaching techniques: The benchmark development session can help you develop your teaching techniques and improve your communication skills, working on, and understanding the 17 competences. This can help you become a more effective PDI, which will result in you delivering an effective ‘Client Centred Learning Lesson’ (CCL).

Overall, a benchmark development session can be an effective way to assess your current skill level, receive tailored/bespoke training, and accurate feedback from myself. Let me share my knowledge and experience with you, as a former DVSA ADI Assistant Chief Driving Examiner, to help prepare you for the Part 3 exam and become an APPROVED DRIVING INSTRRUCTOR (ADI).
